I like it very much

I like it very much. It's a great online shop. They are correct and clear. There are lot of low price period... It's personalized. I think that's a really great method.

The store does not refund money after a product return

I placed an order in November 2025. The parcel arrived quickly, but the product did not suit me. I sent it back, and the store successfully received the return on December 2, 2025, which they confirmed by email. However, more than 2 months have passed and I still haven't received my money back.
I have contacted them many times. Either they reply that they have a large number of orders and are busy, or they say that my issue will be forwarded to their finance department. I had previously placed several orders with Aboutyou.hu and everything was fine, but after this experience I will definitely not order from them again.
I do not recommend this store.

Unfortunatelly my order never arrived

Unfortunatelly my order never arrived, but your customer service assistant was very prompt and helpful, and I also recived a voucher card by post and got my money back.
I was very sad because I really wanted my order tho, but at least thank you for your helpful customer service!

I purchased an Item for a birthday

I purchased an Item for a birthday. About you was delayed with delivery and I have not gotten the product nor my refund yet (it’s been 5-8 weeks already). Obviously the birthday was ruined, had to buy a new item from other store.
