Once again my questions to the company never gets answered. I want to know what is happening to the confiscated crypto I have in the Abra App. Between my daughter and I we have over $100,000 and you are not allowing it to be returned to us. I have messaged SEC and hope they will prosecute you guys.

This is total scam. I had some bitcoin in the wallet and it disappeared. Support provided some BS answer about a 5 eur monthly fee which drained my BTC funds. I was never informed about the introduction of such fee. Emailed their Legal - no answer. Avoid these scammers!
UPD 2 April 2026: couple of days after this review ABRA asked (through Trustpilot) to provide additional information. My contact information, basically. Which I did provided immediately (on 31 March 2026). And guess what? NOTHING. Silence. Just as expected.

RESPONSE to ABRA 17 April 2026: Your suggestion to contact Plutus makes little sense - only to the extent that the legal entity behind the wallet is Plutus Financial Inc. However, the email address indicated in the T&Cs of the ABRA wallet app for complaints is legaldept at abra.com Therefore, ABRA still bears full responsibility for complaint handling. Jumping back and forth from one entity and jurisdiction to another only proves that ABRA is not trustworthy at all.

I became involved with Bitcoin after reading the White Paper 14 years ago. Since then, I have witnessed countless fraud and corruption. Therefore, I am skeptical and cautious of individuals and companies providing custody, lending or any Bitcoin related services. So, ABRA was no different, but I am happy to say my experience with everyone at the company has been exceptional. Don’t believe me, give them call and see for yourself.

They held my hands in the process, I was always able to get customer support on a call with out issues. A totally different experiance then dealing with coinbase who you can't get a human being to help you.

I recently discovered that my Ethereum (ETH) is completely gone from my account, with an unauthorized transaction dated June 2, 2025 — a transfer that I did NOT approve.
What is even more concerning is that I never received any email notification about this transaction, nor did I receive any communication that operations were closing for customers in my region.
I have already contacted support but have not received a reply. Losing access to funds without notice and without customer support response is extremely alarming.
I am requesting an immediate investigation, transparency regarding the destination wallet, and accountability for what happened to my assets.
Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone handling digital assets.
