I have used a abruzzi official a few times and every time has been 100% satisfaction, could recommend a better company ordered in the morning and by lunch already have tracking number. Will deffo shop with yous again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Abruzzi. I ordered a Moza FSR wheel last week, and it is still pending in the warehouse. It might still take up to a week to arrive. Given the extended delay, I requested a refund. However, I was informed that the shipping cost, which is substantial, would not be refunded. Additionally, they would deduct a return fee as well.
This experience makes me feel that their primary aim is to take my money rather than care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely look into other places to buy my equipment in the future.

My original experience with Abruzzi was fine, just a run of the mill order for a Moza Wheel which was promptly posted and delivered quickly. Good service.
My second order was the reason for a 5* review. I placed an order with Google pay without realising my address was set to my old address. I placed the order out of hours and was worried no-one would see my message to support to request an address change before the order was shipped resulting in unnecessary headache all round, but to my surprise, despite it being 7pm and out of there normal working hourse somebody responded to my Facebook message and without any issues said they could change the address for me before it was shipped the following morning.
Seems like a simple request, but have had more difficulty sorting smaller issues with other companies. So kudos Abruzzi. Satisfied customer, will continue to buy my Sim gear from them into the future!

Made 2 orders with Abruzzi for custom race wear. A suit and gloves,
Bothe the items and the whole process of creating them are incredible. My suit is just coming up to a year old and still looks brand new despite being heavily raced as do the gloves.
The design process makes you feel like the most important customer they have at that time. Working with a single person throughout the design process (I worked with Ben for my gloves, and Eevie for my suit) and you build a rapport with your designer. Constant emails back and forth with mock ups. Ideas thrown both ways. To ensure you’re happy with the result before it’s sent for manufacture. Even through the manufacturing process I was emailed with how it was doing and where it was.
My suit was cutting fine for the race I needed it for and Eevie made sure that the second it arrived it was packaged personally and sent to me (I know this wasn’t a CS trick as I had a lovely hand written note from her in the box)
I will definitely use Abruzzi again for race wear and will definitely be using them when my son is old enough to have his own suit.

I ordered in pre order the Simagic Mini with GT4, back when it was launched. Everything arrived as soon as the got it in store. Like 2 years later I ordered a round wheel and the same, was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect conditions. I’m very happy with the service - answered any questions promptly & were very pleasant to deal with. Definitely I would recommend then always.

Before i bought the boundle i messaged them about the items. I have been told that some off the items in the boundle are out off stock but expected them on the same week. So the longer wait for me was expected. The customer service was brilliant. They say the working hours but i did received answer out off working hours as well. very helpfull and great team. Keep up the good work. If i will need anything els from the Simagic eco system i will be ordering it from here 100%!!!
Ordered crab cake, worst cake cakes I had, Giant Eagle Phillips Crab Cakes were superior to Abruzzi's crab cakes.

No real delivery options to choose from, which is very unusual for such expensive items. It is amost universal when ordering large/costly items that next day delivery or at least a nominated day are given. Surely being able to choose an appropriate delivery option would suit customers?
I hoped the generic delivery option would at least be quick, and expected enough advance notice of an ETA to ensure someone was in to recieve the items.
It was 4 days with no communication at all before an email confirming they were shipped, and a tracking link that just said "the company has not provided us with the items yet" followed.
After two more days I tried to contact them for an update, but found you need to create an account and login to generate a support ticket. I did so and sent a request hoping for an ETA so that I could avoid a missed delivery, or worse - an incredibly expensive item being left at a random neighbours or even on my driveway.
Abruzzi didnt respond to that ticket, and the order arrived more or less unnanouced (the parcel company sent an email 10 mins before delivery) and whilst nobody was home. As i feared, the items were left on my driveway (not even an attempt to put somewhere inconspicuous) and I had to either leave work, or leave £1,500 sat on my drive all day.
That could've been prevented with any half sensible delivery arrangements, or basic communication.
They've wasted the last 5 weeks of my time when I ordered a set of sim racing boots ready for an iracing vrs endurance and the n24. To which due to their lack of care and respect for customers, I now won't have any boots to race with.
Ive had to chase them up constantly with a good 2 weeks worth of emails to which i had to pressure for an answer.
Thing is this is the 2nd issue I've had with them, 1st being a race I was preparing for a good month/2 ago when they almost didn't deliver my previous order of a shifter, wheel and stronger brake pedal intime and I had to chase them up for a good week of constant emails.
Amazing experience with this shop, I both from them twice, in both cases, easy communication, responsive, accurate and fast delivery. Ben is always available to give the right information, in the clear and transparent way. In this days, I wish more british company operate the same way. Well done
