We are the Danish couple that bought the house on the 13th of May, in the morning. We had agreed an appointment in the morning at 9.15, saw the property and fell in love with it immediately - it is our Italian property dream come true. Made a quick decision to secure the house and pay the deposit. The quickest purchase decision ever, but the property was worth it. We highly recommend the agency as their know how and service are in top.

We booked an appointment with this company to view a house in Abruzzo on the 13th of May at 16:00.
We drove 300km single route especially to view this house.
We arrived at their office at 14:20 because we had left early to for sure be on time for this appointment concerning the possibility of traffic jams. We felt the door but it was closed. We waited for our appointment and 40 minutes before it was due, do we get a call that a couple just minutes ago purchased the house.

We send them a whatsapp to explain our frustration at this treatment. We had booked an airbnb earlier so we wouldn't have to drive the 300km back on the same day. So money lost on: sleeping accomodations, road taxations, and not to mention our time.

We decided to drive the 300km back now due to the appointment having failed.
A refund for our costs is not spoken about and lies are being told to us. Their lies are as see through and inadequate as their service.

The couple who supposedly bought it viewed the house this morning and paid a option fee right away. Why then do we get a call at 15:20 to tell us just minutes ago it has been sold?

Then when we say we would have paid for that option as well, would we have known it to be an option we get told that they do not take it of the market for an option fee? Which is exactly what they accepted from the couple who supposedly bought it. Honestly the lies & contradictions would be laughable it if wasn't so frustrating a situation for us.

I believe the house was an actual decoy to get people in the office. As the woman on the phone immediately jumped on the oppurtunity to show us other houses. A serious thumbs down and left feeling very frustated due to this treatment.

As i am writing this we are in the middle of a traffic jam. & It will take 4 hours to get to our destination. Thank you to the 'professionals' for treating this the way they did.

Very professional and reliable business. We had just two weeks to find a house for my sister to move escaping the war in Ukraine.
