I have been with Absolute Email for years and never had any issues. I needed to add a new email address and they managed to retrieve an old one I didn’t realise I could use before it was deleted from another source. Always helpful if I have a question. I wouldn’t use anyone else, They are one of the best.

As we progress through time, we find some tasks seem to get more difficult, like negotiating our way round the black arts of the internet and websites.
So it was great to find an organisation that had addressed the issues involved in customer engagement. You provide clear concise help and support. I would recommend you to anyone. Very grateful

Serious, and very good e mail provider- used it for a long time.

Very good product at good rates- offers your own domain for multiple addresses. This simplifies set up and avoids having to set up two contracts.
Very good tech support and easy set up of multiple mailboxes- simple to use and a capable webmail service.

Excellent service provider for email. I have used Absolute email for my limited company for many years without any issues whatsoever. I had issues setting up 'mail' on iPhones but with the help of their super efficient technical support this was resolved very quickly.

Exemplary email and hosting. No fuss set up and very responsive customer service. So easy to sign up for an email account and use it as the domain is already attached to it with one fee, it's a seamless and fast service. Everything is clear and transparent and the website itself is easy to navigate. Would highly recommend Absolute Email as a refreshing, secure and comprehensive package for a professional look.

I came across this company when my mates email stopped working, he was in hospital and had missed renewal of his package, they helped me sort it out with no hassle. When I needed to simplify my own email following retirement, their whole attitude and helpfullness at every step made the whole process much better, would recommend them any day

I find the email/domain credentials a little tricky to navitage but the helpdesk was really good at sorting it all out. Very responsive, timely and clear instructions. Thank you for bearing with me!

I was having a challenge with my E-Mail as someone had hacked into my password.

Absolute E-Mail cleared all of the challenges and I also set up and reset all of my passwords.

10 MB data limit sending attachments can easily reach 10 MB so it means your e-mails cannot be sent. Photographs you have to make them small to get within 10 MB and small video clips are impossible. I have been with this company for quite a few years but the sudden data limit means i am going to have to move somewhere else. At the moment when people ask me to send attachments i am having to forward the e-mail to a Gmail account, and then add the attachment and then send it to the person requiring it. So basically they are just for typing texts. Although you can receive attachments larger than 10 MB but you cannot update that and reply to it. I am ending up having to use Gmail for personal data. It is advertised as webmail read your e-mails no matter where you are it is not advertised as use a e-mail client provided by Microsoft. I quote the website: "Access from anywhere Use any computer or device to manage your emails/account anywhere in the world. At home, work or on the move. Multiple ways to login Quick & easy access to your email with our fully featured Webmail, or use any email software/app of your choice." It does not say if he used the webmail it will not be equal to a e-mail client. Now the webmail simply says attachment to large a P45 is too large.

I have used Absolute Email for several years for email and have been happy with it.
This month, I decided I wanted to set up a website. I have tried over and over previously, then with Google sites I found a way to set it up.
Publishing it however was a problem with lots of costs involved, until I realised I had a domain included with my AA account. The support team could not have been more helpful and SUPPORTIVE!
I now have a website presence online all thanks to their amazing work.

Helpdesk was extremely responsive - sorted a long standing problem with a couple of emails

Locked myself out of my email account how I don’t know, contacted the support team and within 30 minutes I was back in. Great support and service used them twice in 6 years both times brilliantly handled.
