Placed order online, paid and no delivery! Tried to contact several times through email, phone, and messenger without success.

They advertise items which aren’t in stock. Took numerous phone calls to sort, but they were good at offering a refund
Unfortunately the product we wanted was not in stock and has now been discontinued. The man I spoke to was very helpful though and kept me informed.
The company took payment and went quiet. No feedback on when the order will be delivered was given. They are never available on the phone. My email on the status of the order was that they could not give an exact date for delivery. They offered a refund, but not for the full amount - for some strange reason they think taking 10 pounds for an order they couldn't fulfill is okay

Ordered item on sale at a good price online.
Paid for item and was then informed that they had oversold, but could offer me a non sale price alternative which were a ompletely different design. They mentioned that their supplier may have more stock, but no dates on delivery. I stated that I wanted to wait for delivery as unit was an ideal match for my bathroom. However a couple of days later they said I can't wait for it and would only offer a refund. Don't imply there are options if there are none, or was it a marketing trick to try and get me to purchase another unit at full price?

Beautiful job whole bedroom completed with decorating too including real wood flooring. Popped back without any hassle with any queries we had. Very professional and trustworthy.
