I bought a pair of 8.5 to 9MM pearl stud earrings for my wife. The order was processed quickly, and I received the earrings via next-day delivery. The earrings were beautiful, high quality, and came in a really good gift box. Unfortunately i had to return it due to a personal circumstance. Absolute Pearls gave me a full refund quickly. I thank them for their prompt service.

Been looking for a surprise Christmas gift for the wife and came across Absolute Pearls. I purchased a Pearl bracelet from their range that I thought looked really nice and that my wife would really appreciate when she opens it. Once it arrived I opened it to have look and it was by far so much better than I had thought it was by looking a the photos of it online.
It is excellent value for money, Pearls are bigger than I had imagined and it is so well made. Really impressed all round service from Richard and any other staff they have. Ordered Sunday PM, arrived on Tuesday AM. Perfect.
I know this is going to be loved by the wife for many, many years.
So I glad I found your site online. Will be back for earrings now no doubt.

I had a FANTASTIC service from AbsolutePearls.

I was sceptical as a first time customer but ordered a £500 pearl bracelet for my financé nonetheless.

The processing to shipping time was great.
The product was great.

Most importantly the customer service is exemplary. The bracelet ended up being too long, so I contacted AbsolutePearls to return it for shortening and they were top notch.
THIS is what customer service should be like.

Highly recommend based on my experience and will definitely consider purchasing again.

Amazing service and products. I have ordered twice full this Company. The pearls are beautiful and presented in a gorgeous wooden box. The first time in May, I ordered earrings and a necklace for my daughter's 40th birthday and a couple of days ago I ordered a bracelet. The delivery process is very fast. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Be very careful - They advertise a service they cannot provide.

Using their online form I asked for a quote to have pearls restrung and after a delay received an email back as follows

"Thank you for your pearl re-stringing enquiry and apologies for such a delayed response.

We are unable to assist you on this occasion due to our current work load.

I assume you already have assistance elsewhere given the delay which we apologise for again."

Seriously ? If they advertise something, ( /pearl-restringing-service) then they should be in a position to offer it.

Would I go there for anything now or in the future based on this experience - NO, totally makes me want to stay clear.
