Lots of features with more regularly added, keeping up with technology and legislation. Always open to suggestions for improvements and new features. Great support. Been with them for over 2 years and no down time. Much faster website than our previous ones.

Been with Absolute for a few years now. Service has always been fantastic. Recent updates to their system has made the back end even easier to use and update.

We have seen our sales increase from the move and more recently we have also taken Absolute up on looking after our Google Shopping advertising. The rewards have been worthwhile for the tiny amount we spend each day/month.

If you are looking to move to another provider, give Absolute a call. A small company that cares, you are more than just a figure on a sheet of paper to these guys.

Fantastic service. So the design element seemed to take an age but we were not in any rush for the work to be completed. We were transferring our website from a well known platform to Absolute Web Design.

Despite a couple of negative reviews online (2 reviews on different websites appear to be from the same person) I contacted the websites that Absolute Web Design gave me as an example of the other customers who used to use the same platform we were on. The general gist of the feedback was lower cost, easier to work with and a slight increase in sales without putting any SEO work in.

Following the site going into a trial period where we ironed out most issues (settings and formatting mostly) we went live with the thanks of Luke.
Unlike some companies where you have to submit a ticket to get support and wait he was quick at getting email requests into action and often the work required was done within 5 minutes of the email being sent.
The website has only been live for a couple of days now but long may the service and support continue. So far I can only say that the service given has been top notch.

Good communication and support from start to finish. We moved our ecommerce web site across to them and it's been a good decision. Very impressed by the flexibility of the cart system. We offer large number of printed designs which we print onto a range of the same six products. They created a tool for us that allows us to share the stock over thousands of products and this has saved my staff countless hours of work. We can now do in a couple of clicks what used to take us two days. I was quoted almost £10,000 to get this done by another company and Absolute did the whole site for less that £600, including importing my products from the old web site. Would use again and I have already recommended to a friend's business.

I can honestly say that the support has been fantastic. I've even had replies to my emails on Saturday night at 11.00pm! I was worried about moving my existing website but they did everything for me by importing all the products and setting it all up. The system is easy and so much better than the old system I had been using for the past five years. It's not until you start using something like this that you realise how much things have moved on! Very pleased.
