Finance team completely ignoring my requests

I have called several times indeed and you have told me I will hear from accounting soon. However this has been told to me 3 times now in total in over 90 days. Each time I have not heard anymore from accounting. Also my emails in the last month have been fully ignored.
I have updated to 3 stars. Indeed there was no money charged but finance team has failed ever getting back to me. So indeed they have not taken my funds. But the fact that they are completely ignoring my emails makes me uncomfortable with this company. Don't promise me on phone I will get a reply soon if I will not... or maybe look into what finance team is doing, maybe they are just ignoring your requests too... I have contacted the payment processor which told me I should contact you (Abstrax) for more details, which I asked for and never got the additional details...
In the end, I still lost all my money and never received the products.

Spent 510 USD and never received the products because the credit card payment was "pending". I have contacted the payment processor about the issue and they told me Abstrax should release the funds. I have contacted Abstrax 10+ times for over 3 months already and they have not been able to release the funds. Thanks for taking my money. Customer service 0/10

it kept trying to log me into a non-whole sale account, integration between the site and shop is not very fluid. You charged me taxes on a wholesale account even though the proper documents were sent over. No clear explanation of shipping times and delivery, sorry 7-10 days does not cut it....DTLA has cheaper pricing and no tax!!!

The first time I used a product from this company was when a friend gave me three different flavors of terps. All three enhanced the flavor & scent profile of my herbs, and also added to the over all high. So this is my first time purchasing the products, I brought four different terps from each collection, but I most definitely know each one will be great.
