I ordered a dress from Abundance on 9 February 2026, I am yet to receive an acknowledgement let alone the dress. I tried to send an email to the specified online address but it bounced back.
A lot of this is happening with online orders nowadays for companies not based in the UK. However, it is difficult to know where they are based when placing the order.
People, please beware and stay safe.
Avoid this company - there is no customer service or ability to return/exchange the product. It would appear the Customer Service is operated by a ChatBot. Bought a dress in good faith - wrong size was sent to me & I couldn’t return it.
