I am beyond pleased with this company and the products! I ordered a weighted far red mat. It arrived in a week and I opened it and found the connector for the electrical plug broken. I contacted customer service and they told me it had never happened before, so it must have happened in shipping. They said they would replace or refund, my choice. I asked for a replacement, it arrived in a few days. I got it yesterday and it is fantastic. The quality is great on these so it’s feels so soothing. I thought near infrared was great but this is even better.

I had accidentally ordered the smaller size and had wanted the larger one and when I tried to return it there was no response to my inquiries or my questions regarding wanting to exchange the small one for the larger one. I went to Fed Ex who delivered and all other deliverers to read the return code without success.

This mat is fantastic! I bring it to work for reiki sessions & everyone loves it

The chat was very helpful in answering my question. What I found amazing was how fast the delivery of the order was like in 4 days! I have ordered 3 items on separate occasions. When I went on vacation I asked a relative to order an item for me as a gift for someone. He received the delivery within five days. I discovered Acada infra heating mats through my chiropractor who really like the product. Basically before purchasing I had the regular experience of using it during my visits with the provider.

I received the adapter as promised.
The mat heats quickly and the benefits are great. I use it to relax the muscles in my back following a series of fusions to my spine.

Bought an open box, full body Far infrared mat . It came quickly and works great. Planning on other purchases from this company.
