Should be zero stars - Shocking company

It would be zero stars as shocking company, order took 6 days to arrive from order date after they failed to follow the specific shipping day (Tuesday) on THEIR website. Expected delivery day Wednesday so arranged to be home to take delivery, again advised on their website but no delivery, instead it came 2 days later but no-one home & product left outside in sun thawed out. After raising the delay & poor condition of the product with the company there was no acceptance of responsibility until I pushed them & zero offering from them causing the delay & inconvenience it caused me. The product itself is from another company Acai Life (stamped on each sachet), so can buy exactly the same product from Acai Life directly but without the hassle / poor experience I had with Acai & Co.
