Recently purchased an Envirovent SIL 100S bathroom ceiling fan from ACAS Electrical. Ordered Sunday evening - received confirmation item had been despatched 10am the following morning.
Found the website easy to navigate, products competitively priced and the service excellent. Would highly recommend ACAS Electrical.
5 days since order placed and item has not yet arrived.
Tracking simply states that item has been picked up by carrier.
Totally unacceptable level of service.

The item was dispatched from our side, and Amazon confirmed the delay was caused by the courier rather than us as the seller — which is why Amazon removed the review on their platform. I completed an entire house renovation and ordered all of my electrical needs from ACAS. They were competitively priced and provided quick support with questions I had during the ordering process. We managed to order matching spots, outdoor lights, sockets and switches and so much more in the same brushed chrome look. The items are high quality and were easy to fit and look stunning. The delivery and customer service was exceptional, especially considering I am new to renovations, their support was priceless.
We still have more items to order and I am happy to do my third order with ACAS and would recommend the website and company again and again.

Placed an order which didn't arrive. I had to chase this and was told there was a delay fair enough but shouldn't have to chase.
Multiple further emails to chase and then got sent a refund without an email saying "sorry but we can't get the parts and we'll offer a refund".
Went to a local supplier who got me the items next day
