I'm working with Assist for last 2 years.
Having had a horrible experience with my previous "accountant" I know the difference between good and bad.

The reason I had chosen Assist in the first place was the promises they made like 1. using latest technology 2. offering full integration (bank, ebay, amazon, paypal) 3. good management of relationship with the tax office.

They've never failed to keep those promises so far and we have extended our deal with them. We have good communication with our account manager and everything has been smooth. Even the switch from my previous accountant was quick and easy.
