Our experience with Accelerated Banking has been a top-notch experience from beginning to end. I saw a LIVE on TikTok with a strategist named Mikkei Florvilus. His genuine demeanor caught my attention and after the LIVE ended, my husband and I watched Sam Kwak's video explaining the HELOC/mortgage strategy and we immediately scheduled a meeting to get additional information. To our surprise, Mikkei ended up being our strategist and we couldn't have been more pleased with his incredible passion, knowledge, and support during this process. Outstanding product. I waited a year before I jumped in after purchasing this product. Fear of losing my 2.9 interest rate paralyzed me into sticking with my remaining 27-year mortgage. By using their strategy, I will have my home paid off in 3.2 and I'm so thrilled I finally did this. I loved the training and modules. It was an easy process and I appreciate all the support shown to me during my journey.I wish I would have joined the program earlier but there is no time like the present.

It was probably about 30 or so years ago I first heard about a strategy used in Sweden or Australia to rapidly pay off a mortgage whilst saving thousands of dollars and time to boot. Since then, I've been aggressively paying extra money towards principal every month.

But having relocated and buying another home, I wanted to finally "go the whole hog" with the Kwak brother's whom I've been paying attention to, as arguably the best advocates of an early mortgage payoff strategy.

The people were great! Really pleasant, helpful and willing to take the time to help through every step. They keep in contact with you and are always cheering in your corner! I didn't even use a recommended bank they still helped and were there for every step. This helped me go from living paycheck to paycheck to having both properties paid off quickly.

Amazing strategy, phenomenal support - they are on the brink of retrofitting an entire industry. And frankly, they are genuinely nice people to work with!

I am always skeptical, I’m not an early adopter, more of a complete risk-mitigator, as most of us consumers have learned to be.
BUT data does not lie! There is no hiding when numbers are involved. This is where strategy is important - enter the Kwak Bros and team - applying their customized strategy has optimized my time and financial capability.

Now for myself on the other side of this financial repositioning with a successful outcome from ALL of the promised benefits from the initial video instructions now working for me - I actually can say this has changed the trajectory of me and my family’s life for the better.

Its so hard to be believed in a review "Trust me it's worth every penny invested in their services" because you don't know me. 
AND, truly it’s not going to be a right fit for everybody and depending on your unique combination of financial goals.

BUT in my direct experience from start to finish - their initial advisors invested so much time with me in order to be sure it would be a worthy financial endeavor and yield a successful outcome (without collecting even a consulting fee - not a single dollar).

After initial review, they fully explained in great detail and data how it could be of benefit, enabled me to make a very sound decision before moving forward with their product-service strategy. I will admit - the feeling of “this might be too good to be true” was lingering on me - but I trusted the hypothetical data and decided to push forward.

Now as a client, I will say in the midst of the coaching, there was still plenty of wiggle room to make choices on banking entities and terms, as they give highly insightful scripts and questions to consider when interviewing your choice banking - that was a game changer. Feeling equipped with that knowledge provided at the frontend of one of the most important transactions in a homeowners livelyhood was how I was able to make confident decisions.

I know this review might seem a but vague in the process detail, its mainly because the detail is specific to the client - but the point is they nurtured every single question (there were very many coming from me) to MY profile goals, met with you through every step, provide contextual videos on demand for deeper BIG picture understanding and MINDSET shift.
It is evident that their team of experts have really drilled this very somewhat complicated strategy into bite size chunks that are easily absorbed and comprehended. Because working a whole new strategy can be stressful and if you do not have a guide, or a translator on YOUR side of the equation, you would miss out on the benefits of advancing.

The Kwak Bros and team are very attentive. In example, my transaction was pending any day and I needed some clarifying advising - my Accelerated Banking strategist made every effort and took a quick strategy/ advising meeting with me even right before they were trying to go on family vacation - because they are understanding of the sensitive timing and very dedicated.

I cannot recommend this company enough - but I’m gonna keep trying. I really dislike leaving reviews - however great companies and practices deserve to be recognized and celebrated. And just like anyone else that cares about others, when you find something good, really good, and of great benefit you want to share it with everyone - because it might just change their lives for the better too!

They helped me make an informed decision about how HELOCs can be used to pay off my mortgage much faster than I ever thought possible. Out of all the YouTube videos I watched about accelerated banking/velocity banking, his videos stood out to me the most! I couldn't find any videos that were dated longer than theirs.

I was so impressed with the production quality of his videos that he was the one I decided to approach to help me go through this whole process. I got a chance to work with Angel Rivera initially, and once he reviewed my numbers with me, I decided to move forward with Accelerated Banking. I paid their partnership fee with my credit card and am using my HELOC to pay that off very soon, and I will write that off as an education expense next year!

Maria Henderson became my coach. She was easy to get a hold of, whether for a quick 15-minute scheduled call or one of the predetermined progression calls. She was fun to chat with and very helpful as I worked through each phase of the program.

My neighbor (named Sam as well, no joke) initially told me about HELOCs years ago. I wish I had looked more closely into this then. I am thankful for Sam Kwak and all he and his brother do to help people become debt-free and financially independent. I have pointed many people to their YouTube videos and websites!
