I highly recommend Accelerate tax! They helped me with processing for the ERC with the IRS. Their team was able to maximize my return and I received more than I initially thought I would get. I can't say enough about Lisa Nguyen she was especially helpful and thoughtful through the process. She explained everything concisely and had me at ease through the whole process! If the need ever arrises I'm definitely a repeat customer!

Although Accelerate Tax Solutions was able to get me approved to receive the ERC (Employee Retention Credit), they charged a fairly hefty percentage for a commission. I was happy to pay the commission assuming I was going to be able to keep the rest of the money to get my business back on its feet. But the IRS required that I ammend my tax return for the previous years and not only did I have to pay nearly all of the remaining money back to the IRS, but they charged me interest and late penalties on the money. At the end of the day, I wish I had never wasted my time. The only people that made any money was Acelerate Tax Solutions.

In essence, Accelerate Tax leverages the struggles of the pandemic for financial gain. I urge small business owners to steer clear of this predatory practice. Seek trusted advice and keep your hard-earned money for genuine business support, not for lining the pockets of opportunists.

Don was very helpful in this matter helping us with finalize all the documents. He responded to many questions, on top of everything.
