Customer Service / Returns

I purchased a Belstaff Gillet from Accent at a very competitive price - unfortunately the item had been mislabeled by Belstaff and had to send it back - customer service from Accent was great - Lisa who dealt with my inquiry/ return was extremely helpful - will definitely use again

Company cancels orders with no proper explanation.

Seems like similar issues, they entice you with sale items and give discounts but then cancel your order two days later. It’s almost like they want you to buy something else as they offer 10% off in the cancellation email.

I will not be using the scam site again, as I need shoes to actually be sent.

No doubt I will receive a response saying that they tried to fulfill my order and that they don’t like to cancel orders but it seems to be pretty normal looking at other reviews.

Cancel orders without explaining why. Waste of time.

Sent me an email confirmation that my order had been cancelled but I hadn't cancelled it. Phoned customer service to find out what was going on and told that they had sent me an earlier email saying the item was out of stock. They hadn't. I checked my junk folder and there wasn't any notification email anywhere. Bought the item as a gift so this was a real inconvenience and a complete waste of time. Needless to say, I won't be using this company again.

Purcahsed 2 grey Beanie hats one for a…

Purcahsed 2 grey Beanie hats one for a present for a friend, via the Ebay shop On 21st Aug. Estimated delivery 24- 28th Aug. 10 days later no goods. I've contacted the seller twice and been on the Ebay page to check for updates....nothing. Today, I tried to telephone them. The phone on the Ebay site doesn't exist, so I tracked down another number on their website .... but no one answered. Of course, the money was removed with great efficiency from my bank account on the day of purchase. I would caution you about purchasing anything from this company.

Edit:
Ive phoned them now. Nothing to do with us was the answer. Its a different department that deals with this. I'll pass it on they said........surprisingly still no news and no refund and no goods.

I've provided the additional information you require.......still no goods, no refund, no action.

WARNING

WARNING. They’re taking online orders, but not fulfilling them. There’s no update, no shipping, no response, no refund.

Edit: Why is this the only place that Accent Clothing are responding? Please respond to my email and messages first, urgently fulfill my order or provide a refund.

Edit: I’ve already provided the order details as requested. Last email sent Saturday 31st August 10:15am. Stop giving a misleading narrative on a 3rd party site.

Ordered a £139 Vivienne Westwood phone…

Ordered a £139 Vivienne Westwood phone bag- arrived unboxed, badly packaged and damaged has marks allover it as if it is a second/used. If it wasn’t a gift I would be sending this back asap but I don’t have much choice now.

AVOID

Bought a Belstaff Sweatshirt from accent Clothing arrived in good time the trouble started when I returned it. Between Accent and Royal mail the shipment has been lost accent are refusing to refund even though I had proof of postage and a tracking number as proof contacted Royal mail who said all accent had to do was contact them and they would reimburse them. Accent have so far refused AVOID THEM.

We would be remised if we did not provide more context your review.

Your return label, which should have been generated through our website, shows that it was generated on Nespresso's return account. Though we appriciate this may have been a mistake, it was not something that we, Accent clothing, have caused. Our returns link generates a return to our companies warehouse.

On discovery, you say Royal Mail have admitted to you that they lost this return. We have however contacted Royal Mail who have said that this was label was generated by yourself. We have asked you to forward the written conformations from Royal Mail that they accept liability as when we contact them they say the item was returned to the address as completed by the sender, yourself.

Despite this, we have emailed you to let you know that we have reached out to Nespresso to aid in helping you locate your parcel. We await their response.

If the goods can be located, or you are able to provide written conformation that Royal Mail have lost the parcel we will be happy to progress this return further.

We thank you again for your feedback.

The level of spam is annoying as hell

The level of spam is annoying as hell. Do not, I repeat do not give them your details. I've unsubscribed a number of times, blocked the numbers they text you on and they just change and repeat. It's daily
