I just signed up for sr22 insurance which was great but the agent who helped me didn’t take down my driver license number or get a copy of my id so it could be sent over to the bmv and I never got a call or email or text explaining what was going on until I called and found out what was going on. This should’ve been taken care of first hand but other than that it was a good experience.
