The fitter was great completed the installation quickly, tided up and took all the old stuff away! Would give 6 stars if it was possible! As discussed during our visits, we addressed the crumbling mortar by cleaning and resealing the area with silicone, ensuring both the inside and outside of the installation were to your satisfaction. Following our final visit, you expressed that you were happy with the outcome.

Very professional from start to finish. Survey took place within 2 days of my initial phone call. Estimated supply and fitting dates were quicker than expected at this time of year. Were offered a weather defender, which other companies didn't. Didn't know you could get weather defenders for garages and jumped at the chance of having one as rain gets into the garage.

Highly recommended
We purchased a Hormann fire door to replace an existing door. Excellent service from order to installation. The two fitters, Dave & John, were very professional, clean and tidy, going beyond the job to try to resolve an issue we were having with our Hormann rollmatic garage door. Highly recommended and we would definitely use Access Garage Doors again should the need arise.

Great job when they eventually came
Great job when they eventually came, but 2 weeks to fix a completely unusable garage door that is used every day was far too long.
Thank you for your reply Access Garage Doors, but the primary reason cited for the protracted delay by your branch was the lack of available engineers. It took 5 days for the branch to even speak to an engineer about the repair, Over and above ordering the part.

I was very impressed from my initial contact with the team in the South Croydon Office until the installation of my new roller garage door was complete. Excellent time keeping for on-site visits. John the Branch Manager was always friendly and helpful. Dave the installer was also friendly & helpful. He explained things clearly and left the site clean and tidy.
I’m very happy with my new garage door. I doubt I’ll need another garage door but if I do I will contact the team in South Croydon. Thank you.

Waste of time and money
The technician turned up late in the afternoon (5:15pm) of the scheduled day and following a cursory look at the garage door motor informed me that he did not have the correct replacement unit for the existing motor, despite me specifying the model on the earlier phone call. The technician requested the 30GBP call out charge which we paid on the spot. No follow up received - no estimate of cost received, All very poor. Suggest avoid this company.

Fantastic Garage Door
I'd had my eye on a garage door from Access for a while now. Finally got finance together and started the process. From survey to installation the company's communication was excellent. Reasonable price and they were able to give me the exact spec I wanted even when the pamphlet suggested I could not combine certain options. Door was made within the time frame indicated and installation was quick to arrange. Fitter was friendly, efficient and worked around the quirks of my old house to do the install. There was a slight niggle with a nonessential element which was resolved within two days. Now I have a fantastic electric rollerdoor which performs perfectly. I have even had neighbours come over just up talk about it. Could not be happier and highly recommend the company.
