Do you know this company has no contact information on their website, nor can any be found through google search. This screams of a scam. While I used them for 1 year and they appeared OK, not great, when they billed me for this year there was no notification of the bill, they charge me $500 more than the previous year, and here's the real kicker, there is no way to remove your financial information from their website and no way to cancel your account. The only contact information that you can locate is for sales, and boy it that large front and center. There are so many red flags here for this being a scam site. They are slick though, because I missed them all. If you read through most of these reviews they appear to be canned and not real people, in fact Reddit had some information about this. Plus they don't tell you if you are a small business there are certain criteria you must meet in order to have to be ADA compliant. There own terms of use section 2 on Billing and Fees indicate they have to notify you if they increase you fees. Mine were increased $500 with no notification. Am I angry, you bet I am.

We had an outstanding experience with AccessiBe. We were able to save lots of money on development and other operations. However, what matters the most is that our website became accessible for a much wider audience thanks to the services they provide. Today, we have all our products available for all users including people with special needs. Right now, the media and downloadable files on our website are at the fingertips of our users!

I liked that we could install it with just pasting some JavaScript onto our site and do everything on our own. We chose all the accessibility options we wanted for our site and skipped some of the ones we didn’t really need. The price is good, and it stops lawyers from sending us lawsuits for not being ADA compliant. It’s a good technology and perfect for people that don’t know much about technology to install and setup.

The amount of impaired users that Accessibe has considered with their plugin is comprehensive. ADHD, epilsey, visual impairment, and so on. They even have an option to add a virtual keyboard for those that cannot type. Our website is now compliant with ADA!

We like that Accessibe keeps us compliant with all the ADA requirements without much input from us. Installation was super easy because we only had to download a plugin to get started. And the support staff are pretty helpful with everything anytime an issue we can’t resolve pops up. Overall, very happy with this plugin.
