Do not use this company .Their after service and customer care is non existent. My elderly and vulnerable parents decided to have a shower room installed to make life easier, however from the onset it has proved to be a disaster. The job was rushed from the beginning with substandard workmanship and my elderly mother had the upsetting experience in early March and freezing weather of returning one evening from visiting my gravely ill father in a hospice to find no central heating or hot water. Not only had the electrician's failed to check the trip switch but had also left sockets with live wires hanging fromthe wall!! Subsequent to calling the after sales service team we found them very rude and unhelpful and they suggested a call should be made to our home care plan if we had one. However the situation after much stress to my mother and dying father was eventually resolved and I would like to say that was the end of the matter but NO!!!
We returned from a day out in June to find water seeping through the back bedroom ceiling and it on the verge of collapse. On getting into the loft we found the push fit joints on the pipework had come away and water had been escaping over a considerable time causing extensive damage to the loft, ceiling bedroom carpet and bedding. Again on contacting the company we found them rude and unhelpful and still waiting for them to put in a plan of action to rectify the issues....apparently they only have one workman to cover the whole of the south west and he's been sick then off with covid and now on paternity leave.
As from 23rd August this company have still not contacted my mother with a plan of action to repair the extensive damage to her property that they have caused. We are now taking LEGAL ACTION and would advise anyone to think twice before using this company.
If I could post photographic evidence I would...Accessibility Bathrooms have fallen way short of their purported promise of stress free installation and after care...AVOID
*****UPDATE****
In response to Accessibility Bathrooms comments to clarify after 3 months of being fobbed of with excuses and delays and with my elderly mother becoming increasingly upset,we made the decision to put good the damage caused to her property by this company through the house insurance .
This was done at personal expense,ie a hefty excess charge, and its both insulting and frustrating to read the response from Accessibility Bathrooms about the " minor damage". If you can call replacing loft boards, carpet and complete replacement and making good the bedroom ceiling at a cost of £1800 minor then this company is completely out of touch with customer care and are a utter disgrace and do not deserve the one star I had to award in order to write this review.!!!
After a breakdown in communication this shambles of a company eventually agreed to an outside contractor to visit in October and by which time we had lost complete faith in them and contacted our insurance company.
The matter is now in the hands of our legal team.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

How dare you try to have this review removed which is a true summary of your company's shortfalls.
It's been updated once and that was in answer to your poor excuse of a reply.
I myself will be contacting trust pilot and reporting your bullying tactics in trying to manipulate reviews!!!

Thank you Accessibility Bathrooms for my splendid new bathroom. Thank you Darren, who despite being unwell was caring and went above and beyond to solve my problems. Thank you to the installer Oliver who was always very hard working and a pleasure to have in my home, and thanks to the excellent electrician who was extremely helpful in difficult circumstances. All rubbish was removed promptly and my house left clean and tidy (or as it was before the work began!) You have all made a big difference to the quality of my life. Thanks also go to Steve, I look forward to our next meeting.
Accessibility Bathrooms removed our old bath and replaced it with a York shower in May 2021. The work was completed satisfactorily and all waste promptly removed. Shaun, our installer, was friendly and hard working throughout: he answered all our questions in a helpful manner and made sure that all controls and hand rails could be comfortably reached. Shaun was a credit to your company.
Survey carried out quickly, materials arrived on time fitter completed bathroom change to wet room ahead of time and to a high standard. At end of each day left everything clean and tidy. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others. Very pleased with the final finished job
I engaged Accessibility Bathrooms Ltd. to fit a full bathroom for my Father in Law that suffers with COPD.
I met initially with Steve Hind the Director of the Company who acts as a Surveyor and carried out the bathroom survey. He also dabbles in trying to complete jobs.
Works were to commence and take one week from the 23rd – 28th November. I arrived day one to ensure everything was running smoothly. I received a call from Darren at Accessibility Bathrooms to outline the Contractor was on site and couldn’t gain entry. It turned out the Contractor and the delivery of all materials had all been sent to the wrong address. While mistakes can occur, this was highlighted to Accessibility Bathrooms Ltd. but continued to occur numerous times throughout the project. I had to take time off work each time to meet delivery drivers and bring heavy materials up to the flat myself.
The next issue we ordered a standard height toilet which was outlined on the plan and Contract Agreement stating STD (Standard ) relating to the WC and Lever flush. While inspecting work I discovered a disabled toilet had been installed. When discussing with Accessibility Bathrooms Ltd. they outlined their interpretation of standard is a disabled toilet which is totally incorrect.
A standard toilet seat is around 15 inches from floor to edge of bowl and a disabled is 17/18 inches height. I suggest the company use industry standards and not fabricate their own in future.
I raised my concerns with Darren who outlined standard height WC only come with a push button cistern from their company and they could not source one from their approved suppliers. Darren then offered to install a standard height WC with push button , free of charge! He also suggested I source and supply a standard height WC with lever flush and they would fit free of charge but with no guarantee. I find it ridiculous and poor service they expect the customer to sort out their mistakes .
On the 09th of December the chipped bathroom mirror finally arrived from Victoria Plumbing who must be one of Accessibility Bathrooms Ltd. approved providers along with Frontline Bathrooms Ltd. who provided the radiator. Both companies Accessibility Bathroom Ltd. use sell standard WC with lever flush! Yet they had stated their approved provides could not provide! Despite multiple emails Accessibility Bathrooms refused to honour their contract to provide a standard WC with Lever flush. In the end I discussed with my Father in Law, he outlined it was causing him too much stress and anxiety , and he would just settle for the disabled toilet despite not wanting a high level pan. I find it disgraceful a very small company in its infancy only established in Feb. 2019 have little regard for us as a customer.
The Contractor was excellent throughout. During the entire process he adhered to COVID protective measures wearing PPE each day. He extremely courteous and kind greeting my Father in Law each morning with a kind work. I would thoroughly recommend him to undertake work. He suggestions positive aspects to compliment the bathroom fitting, we agreed with these such as heights for grab rails etc. and discussed with my Father in Law to ensure he was happy. The fitting of the overall bathroom was good which reflects the hard work of the fitter.
The customer service of this company is dismal to say the least. In addition the sink provided was incorrect. It was not on a mixer tap as a result not fitted until they sourced the correct sink. Again this could have easily been avoided if they had read the contract and referenced the plan when ordering. The correct sink was fitted on the 11th of Dec. This meant an elderly man with COPD who has difficulty walking had to use the kitchen sink for two weeks to wash his hands etc. Although less than 20 feet away he found difficult due to his condition. Some weeks passed until the 4th of January 2021 when I contacted Accessibility Bathrooms who informed me the Surveyor Steve Hind “was handy on the tools” and would be able to complete works. Despite spending 5 hours on site he was unable to rectify any issues , in fact the bathroom was left in a worse condition than when he first started
He clearly wasn’t capable of addressing issues while wearing his suit and winkle picker shoes which ended up covered in silicone. Perhaps he will steer away from such jobs in the future, or invest in a boiler suit and a pair of boots ,or better still just get the contractor to finish the job rather than penny pinch. Work finally completed on the 18th of Jan 2021. For clarity the fitter was one person not a team and did not have to isolate as outlined. As for the point of paperwork I suggest you look again as your most definately wrong. Steve visted twice once to survey and attempt to finish to as outlined above, both visit were daytime.

I have had a walk in shower put in instead of a bath, the work was due to last for 3 days which now has gone to 7 weeks and continuing and is still not corrected.
The shower needed to be completely removed and refitted as the fitter put the shower in the wrong place/Location.
I am not happy and getting very stressed over all the problems occurred with the shower and fitting of it, l keep having to chase you also to fix faults which seem to be continual which is unacceptable, The shower has cost a lot of money, which l did have to save for, I used a specialist company to get what I thought would be right for what I needed.
The second fitter Ricky was great and this review is no reflection on his hard work and reliability.
Though I can say your customer service has been good and you have been trying to fix the problems, but overall the experience has been quite stressful. I just wanted a nice bathroom ☹
Just found to my horror when getting the spare bedroom ready for decorating found screws coming through the wall from the bathroom and a large hole in the wall. This is a very serious problem as it could have called an serious injury to anyone sleeping in the bed which backs on to that wall and definitely not the standard you would expect from a company with a company of reputation

Although I just requested a brochure on behalf of a friend, I got an immediate response from Martin from Accessibility Bathrooms setting out how they could help. I was very impressed as no other company had got back to me personally. I will certainly contact the company if and when my friend decides to go ahead with a new bath or shower.

Martin has been extremely helpful and understanding with our enquiries for an accessible bathroom/shower room. Stephen was brilliant when he visited for the quote, listening to what I needed and was very knowledgeable. We received a full explanation of the costs and left with the quote with no obligation at all to go ahead. We can’t wait for our new accessible shower room now. Thank you

The exprience I have had so far has been great. Martin in the sales office was lovely. Stephen came out to see us to give us a quote, he was very knowledgable with no pressure or obligation to buy. Stephen really listened to our needs and tried to give us something that would maximise the space we have. We felt really comfortable.

A walk-in bath has made a big difference to our lives. My wife was not able to get in and out of the bath. Now we both have access to a bath or shower. Accessibility Bathrooms and their fitters did an excellent job, especially as our bungalow and bathroom are quite small. Their whole service was friendly and helpful at all stages. They took the time to discuss options and explain what was possible for us.

Today was my first experience of dealing with Accessibility Bathrooms. I instantly felt that I was speaking to someone who not only knew what they were talking about, but actually seemed to care. I don’t think you find this very often and I was instantly comforted, as I’m finding the whole process of sorting a disability bathroom for my son quite daunting.
At the moment I feel I’m looking forward to working with this company and the person I’ve been speaking with today

I am delighted with the service I received from Accessibiliy Bathrooms. From initial visit from designer Steve to fitters Chris and Rob everything ran very smoothly with the least disruption. I now have a beautiful quality bathroom.
Martin the project manager was in touch with me every day to make sure I was happy with proceedings

'Fitters were on time, polite and helpful. Despite a rotten floor and no plaster due to Coronavirus an excellent job was done, above and beyond what some would have achieved. The wetroom is now just what we needed.'
