Scummy company that operates multiple online stores. Ordered a robot vacuum which broke and got reply to send back. They withheld my funds and now have both my money and my vacuum cleaner…
Tried filing a complaint through several ways. But meanwhile their website is offline and they no longer respond.
It's a scam company. I contacted them about a robot vacuum cleaner that stopped working, they told me to send it to them, and I did. They claimed they never received it, but the shipping company has proof with signatures and all that they delivered it on 20 September. Now the scammers haven't replied to my emails for almost 3 weeks, and they have a robot voice answering calls at "customer service".

Smooth delivery of the product.
Not delivered on date expected and product availability was not clear.
But final service reliable.
I wanted to return an e-scooter after 5 days because it didn't work as it should. Accessmarket refused to give me a refund although it is a law that every e-shop should refund you within 14 days. Horrible experience.
