Thanks to Razia Farooq 🙂

Razia Farooq from Access My Super was an excellent staff who helped me with my application to my super funds that I needed for my medical reason. She guided me and assisted me in everything necessary for my application. She was very easy to communicate with, both on the phone and via emails. She was very prompt with her replies to any questions I had! I am very happy that Razia was such a nice person to work with and I am very thankful for her service.

This process was so easy and quick

This process was so easy and quick , I had no problems whatsoever. The Team at Access my super where so helpful and the whole process took just a week to complete. Thanks

I paid $750 for nothing

I paid $750. Yet I have had to push at every turn for action to be taken. I had a meeting at 6pm to finalise my application and the representative did not attend. I chased up my own quote a d had to ring 3 times due to delays in making an appointment with a psychiatrist... I really don't know what I have paid for, other than the psychiatric report, which I had to pay the psych again directly for. I just didn't know who to contact for this. Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money or time.
