Poor communication, lack of confirmation (-4), Good products & Pricing (+1)
The first time I ordered, there were missing products as they weren't in stock. No communication was sent for about 1.5 weeks. The reply was that they did not have the products in stock after I contacted them. A second reply was sent that they will replace with alternatives, one of them being an umbrella that they offered. They then sent the umbrella that was different than offered earlier but in black (the original order was in red). After constant emails, they sent the product but did not give me a proper tracking number (again poor communication).
The second order I made was sent quickly but again when I received it via Chronopost, there were TWO MISSING ITEMS. I checked with customs and the delivery company (the package was UNOPENED) and said that was the only package they received. Albeit, the two items that did arrive (I ordered 4 items) were in good condition and worked as advertised (sticker fix and hubcaps). I was also taxed 20% for Euro taxes but I am ordering from outside of Europe. The system DID NOT deduct it from the final invoice. They did however refund me the balance but I still lost about 2 euros from the transaction. The two remaining items (pins and lanyards) are cheap items but I cannot fathom how they could mess up such simple orders. The company really need to fix their communication with customers and their online database (it almost always show errors and mistakes - extra taxes, poor inventory control, error messages etc)
That being said, the items listed are good high quality products and are the cheapest online for Citroen outside of Europe. I would love to order again but I am not very skeptical about their online inventory system and the real problem with communication. I am writing this in English because there are also many foreigners buying through this company.
