Offered me a refund and within a werk got my money back.
We recently bought a roof tent from this webshop and from the beginning, they were very detailed with shipping and payment details.
After the first package was lost, they sent a new one again, together with a gift - I suppose because of the delayed delivery. Support was also amazing and helpful right when we asked about the late delivery.
The tent was made of great material and much better than the one we had before. You also get a few nice and handy things with it.
I would suggest this product as a top one for the price you pay.
