Worse service ever and wrecked our car 2k damage

Worse service and wrecked our car! Gloucester/cheltenham branch

Nationwide collected our car with only minor damage after slight collision, collected our pride and joy 4 weeks later to find front grill ripped out, bumper on the floor, dent in wing, fog light surround missing, crow bar and dents all over bonnet, headlight smashed in corner (these cost £800 alone)

Nationwide Manager was a pure rude and denied all this new damage and got in my face, when i got back in his face, he threatened to call police!! He didnt answer any question like "wheres my missing parts? Whys theres dents in the wing? Why is the headlight now smashed when went in perfect?" etc etc Just lied and said it was already like this!!!

Nationwide repairs expected me to drive my car back 40 miles to swindon and said "you should have known is was undrivable" I said "well how did you pick it up then? You drove it here when collected and we been using it for work for month before you collected"!

Car went in with minor dent to bonnet/bumper and Nationwide put 2k worths of damage on car.

We contacted there customer services, they denied everything even through i had photos before and after and in denial.

Luckly our insurance agreed with us and refunded ALL the damage caused by this backward cowboy company and now our car is back on the road and repaired by another repair centre who could not believe the damage they caused,

STEER CLEAR AND READ ALL THESE REVIEWS-THEY ARE ALL TRUE AND WISH WE HAD READ THEM 1ST!!

The manager needs sacking at there gloucster branch as hes a pure liar and doesnt car about customers nor there cars-just sees the insurance job money and i think this is why they put extra damage on the car.....more damage-more money for them to fix....?!

This negative review is just one of many written on there other COMPANY name NATIONWIDE REPAIRS simply search here on trust pilot and stay away from this shambles of a company.
