I contacted the accident experts after an accident with my car and I am very happy that on the same day their representative came to my house with a scaffolding car of my choice, so I didn't have to deal with the kids and any car for a while. And instead of dealing with the call center and spending hours sorting things out this was all taken care of for me which was such a big help too, I'm grateful for all their hard work and their communication along the way was great.

Thank you for your feedback. Upon review of your file I can see you were notified of the solicitors charges on a no win no fee basis at the outset of your claim and numerous times throughout the claim process.
The offer you received was very low and you were advised to reject this, however due to your personal circumstances you chose to accept this low offer.
You initially wanted to claim for loss of earnings, although you were unable to prove this loss, the solicitors still managed to obtain an offer. In the offer letter sent to you, it does confirm the solicitors success fees which are highlighted clearly. Looking through your file I can see our office provided you with frequent updates on your claim throughout. However, we are sorry you feel you are not satisfied with the service provided.

We contacted accident specialists following an unfortunate accident in our vehicle last year and I’m so glad we did, the same day their representative came to our house to bring a hire car that we loved, so we didn’t have to manage with two kids and no car for any amount of time. And instead of having to deal with call centres and spend hours sorting things out this was all taken care of for us which was also such a huge help, im so grateful for all their hard work and their communication along the way was superb.
