Tried to get a Mastercard using "points" from my company. A week and half later and I am still no closer to getting my card despite at least one email a day to their "Customer Service". Complete garbage, how are these people still in business? No wonder they are a one star.
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. I have spent over an hour the past few days using 3 sites. Amazon, chatr and walmart.ca. Not gambling. Not tobacco. Not firearms. Not pornography. The idiots on their side just say "it should work - not my problem" then ignore you and telly you a 24 hour ticket is made. I get these things for free from a survey website. Now I am going to write a poor review for them. "Web Perspectives". What a joke.

My physical card was stolen and used in the USA and didn't even get to me here in Australia. That they can send out cards that can be intercepeted along with with the security fetaures (if they even have any) should be a warning.

Worst experience from any prepaid card company. It was blocking payments and customer service was unhelpful. I had to complain to their client to resolve the issue. They had put a block to my card due to their “risk matrix” strategy. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve what should be simple financial transactions.

Completely useless, 99% of transactions are declined for magic reasons. Please do not use or encourage anyone else to use their services.
Falied to resolve account issue
I created account, purchase $250 physical card. Card did not arrive. I call, chat. email them. They say they can not veirfy my account, wrong email (even though I send them all screenshots from my online profile) and drop the line.

No humans available
I was sent this card for a refund from our orthodontist. I did not use the card before it expired and now there's now way to contact this company other than an IVR which dumps me out when I enter the card number.

Everything that could go wrong is going wrong here. Starting with amounts that were simply debited internally and then not credited to any other card, terrible customer service, no response to inquiries, fraud in several cases involving chargebacks, as they were not credited to the respective card.
I find it interesting that other companies work with this company, because this negative behavior ultimately reflects on them as well. But it also says something about these other companies: that they don't care about their own customers either.
I am considering legal action against this company with claims for damages.
CONCLUSION: Avoid this company!!!! And spread this information continuously, because fraudsters must be stopped; even in the USA.
I got a prepaid MasterCard
I got a prepaid MasterCard, but it is no longer accepted even though it used to work at the same store. Use the cards with a single payment. Customer service is not helpful.
Truly horrible service all around
Truly horrible customer service. Unable to use the card / getting declined and they keep saying it’s my fault / incorrect pin used. But I used the pin given, explained multiple times and was continually ignored and given the same wrong response that it’s my fault. Asked for the correct pin if the one I was told is wrong, they say it’s the same as I keep getting declined for “incorrect” pin with. So what’s the truth? No solution offered other than the same “explanation” that its my problem.
Horrible experience on all parts and now out of the money because I can’t use the card as they promised / described.
Waste of time
Waste of time. It would't work anywhere. I'm in the UK. I did get through to customer service chat. The first one told me although it wouldn't work on Apple Pay it would work on Google Play so I kept trying, failed again so the next one told me to contact Google, who said it wasn't accepted. It's annoying enough it isn't accepted, but at least the customer service should know where it is/isn't accepted. Wasted hours to find this out and now just got money sitting on a card I can't use or transfer anywhere.
Update - I did manage to use it to buy an online course on another (US) site so not a complete waste..
Five months no check
I was to receive a check from mypaymentvault.com of $129.18 mailed close to September 16th 2025. I have never received a check each time I email customer service, I receive no name. Only the same generic answer. "We received your inquiry regarding your Prepaid card. Our records indicate that you should have received your check within 7-10 business days from the request date 09-Jan-2026.
Please be advised, its already beyond the time frame for you to receive the check. If you preferred, we can void the check and issue a new check. Please provide your preferred mailing address where we can send the check."
My complete information is in every email. I do not know what to do. Five months & nothing. I even suggested sending certified, FedEx or UPS. So there is physical evidence. Yet they turn it down.
