Fraud AVOID

Shame I can't give zero stars. This company is fraudulent, they do everything they can to prevent you getting access to your money. What's worse is reputable companies are using them, i got a pre paid mastercard via Thankbox as a maternity give, I couldn't use the digital card anywhere so they sent me a physical card which never arrived. When i called to complain they said the card had been used and I need to dispute the charges and to do that I needed to fill in a form and send by post to the US from the UK or fax it and they can take up to 120 days to process. If they then agree it was stolen they just send out another activiated card in the post which could also get stolen. They rely on people giving up.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. My payment vault is the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. There was always an “error” message displayed when trying to log in. The last time I had my card locked, so I couldn’t get it to unlock it so I couldn’t use my money. It took them 3 days to respond to my email asking for help. Just awful. Don’t waste your time time! (Or money)

Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. Had a $200 virtual card through T-mobile. The mypaymentvault.com never loaded, despite having a strong internet connection and trying on my phone and a laptop. Is it a scam? Yup. Stay away if possible. I ended up getting a paper check sent from T-mobile instead.

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent. They collect all your details and tell you they can't verify you again after your account is activated and you try to chat with them online. Tried to use my virtual card for payment on Amazon, card got declined and showing zero balance albeit it shows have got funds on the account. It's of no use; please stay clear...

Absolute scam

Received payment and had it loaded into the account. Declined by one website, tried Amazon the day after and was declined again.

Support blamed for incorrectly entering a CVV. Then blamed Amazon for not processing cards properly. (that have hundreds of millions of customers...)

CVV block initially I was told to try again in 24hours, then got it down to 1 hour after asking to make a complaint. One day later, still can't make a payment with any website despite correct details.

Not sure how a company like this can operate in 2025. Absolute scam.

Mypaymentvault

Terrible company - can't get hold of anyone. The phone number is in US and can't even call. Completed online form and getting sent the same email over and over asking for my name, area code, last 4 digits on the card as if its an automatic email template. I must have had 9 emails with the same question when I send details don't get anywhere. Nobody knows a damn. I need to get hold of my money on your prepaid virtual card - AVOID this company at all costs!!!

This is a joke

This is a joke. Almost every transaction is declined and then the vendor is blocked. The customer service is completely useless as they are telling me I am typing in the information wrong (I am not), then it takes 24 hours to unblock, another agent states it takes 12-24 hours and another states it takes 3 days.

I had my card compromised and by the time I noticed anything there was over $850 gone. With 97 declined transactions you'd think that something would have been done. I was told to file for fraud so I did. I had to send all papers 3 times for them toa actually receive them costing me $60. After I waited the 25 business days they told me to wait 3 seperate times plus an additional 45 business days once they finally recieved all papers for processing, they said it had been to long to do anything about the fraudulent transactions. Thanks for wasting my time and money. No one understands or knows how anything works with whom I have interacted with.

there's no way this is safe. the site looks sketchy, wants too much personal info, and i've tried to use the card on 3 different sites and it hasn't worked on any of them.

Potentially a scam

Ordered their virtual card, no online purchases work. Multiple errors the most common one is the bank declined my purchase.
The support staff respond to emails but give no actual help nor do they check your previous contacts with them, instead requesting you to provide your details each time.
No resolution yet and am looking to take the to the Small Claims Court as it clearly is not accepted everywhere Mastercard is.

Don't trust mypaymentvault

My first time donating at CSL Plasma about a year ago I got $100..except I didn't. Someone else had access to the card before I even UNLOCKED it, then used MY MONEY FROM MY PLASMA for their own well-being. Now I believe I lost $20 which I on-purpose kept in the account. When I've tried calling them it's always someone you can NEVER understand, then they make it such an issue. I didn't even get my $100 from the first time I donated, they said it wasn't my card and all this BS. Now as I am typing this out, I am unable to look at my transactions to see what happened. If needed I will do what's needed to sue the absolute hell out of this "company". I will get friends, police, and everyone else involved too. Do NOT use mypaymentvault, it is not trustworthy whatsoever, Thank you for your time.

Same experience as everyone else

Same experience as everyone else. They give you a few bogus excuses about why the card won't work and when you press them, they hang up or end the online chat. Total scam. The retailer, Nokian Tires, who offered the rebate will be hearing from me for a refund.
