Customer service is absolutely appalling. I bought an account 99/99/99 they sent me details for an account which had been banned so I told customer service about this and they sent me another account but I no longer wanted to go through with the deal because i didn’t want to waste the money for the account to just get banned like the other one did. They full on refused a refund, when questioned upon it they kept removing themselves from the chat. Absolute scam. “Troy” was the representative. 1/10 customer service skills.

They are a scam. I paid for a powerleveling package and they scammed me. They didn’t finish the service but took all of my money and won’t issue a refund. i thought they were reputable but looks lien their reviews are fraudulent. Big scam alert.
