Professional and excellent customer service

I contacted the centre to book an exam and was advised that it needed to be booked through the website. The person I spoke to was very helpful and explained everything clearly.

The booking process was really straightforward, and I received the payment option straight away. I then needed to change the exam on the same day, and this was no problem at all. There was no extra charge, and Alex followed up with a really kind and helpful email.

Everything felt very professional, friendly and easy from start to finish. I can definitely see why you have a 5-star rating. Well done!
