Commendable and helpful service
This order although small was quite complicated being necessary to have the specification within certain tolerances. Unfortunately having found two compatible alternatives the stock levels were either without stock or short.
The personnel dealing with the problem were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue, resulting in a partial shipment with the balance to follow.
I commend the staff involved on this small order when other customers would surely be waiting.
