Don't expect to recieve it on time
Yet again, more shipping / stock issues.
Place order carefully for only components in stock, either adjusting material / bolt length to ensure it ships and no delay. states "ships today if you order within X hours"
Place order on Monday, get a email late on Wednesday stating the parts that i ordered actually aren't in stock and it will take 10 days to get them.
Immediately reply and ask for alternative A2 stainless instead of A4 to be sent (15:30 in afternoon) then get a reply almost 24h later saying they will do this but shipping wont be till well past my deadline.
Basically - don't rely on Accu if you are on a tight time schedule.

Great company let down by poor choice…
Great company let down by poor choice of courier. In the last week we have placed two urgent orders with Accuscrew both on nextday deliveries. First order was miss routed by DPD and sent to the wrong delivery depot meaning a 24 hour delay, the second order was first delayed for 24 hours at the central hub and then out for delivery today but unable to deliver as "no one home". Delivery was to a business on an industrial estate, lights on, building full of staff gates open carpark full of staff vehicles but delivery driver couldn't deliver. Hopeless yes I know its not Accuscrews direct fault but they have chosen to use this carrier and the service they are providing is very poor.

Excellent company - great website!
Have used Accu a couple of times recently for slightly tricky DIY projects that require components of a particular size and type. Their website is amazing - a huge range of stuff, and clear and accurate diagrams of everything, so it is very difficult to order the 'wrong' piece of kit.
Ordering is easy, and delivery very fast - nothing not to like!
