Very impressed. Struggled for years to find the right fasteners in small quantities that would usually fall into specialty items. Their stock is massive, huge range, fast and efficient delivery abroad (Switzerland in my case). Highly recommended.

Of course they reply to negative reviews promptly, shame they are not as responsive on orders that you pay to delivered quickly.

I placed order for some small parts like nuts and fasteners. After 8 days of placing order ( while they were expected to deliver the product by this time), they message me and say that all the products are not available with them (they mentioned while ordering that they have all products available and can dispatch next day). Dont depend on them if you are working on time critical projects.

Bad customer service!
I ordered some parts from Accu, 2 days after they were due, they had still not arrived. I phoned to ask where my order was and was told that it had not been sent out because they had assigned the wrong carrier.
No one from Accu had bothered to inform me of their mistake. Accu then sent a replacement shipment, but when it arrived, 2 items were missing.
It seems that the refund of the missing parts will not happen automatically and I now have to tell them what is missing for the refund! (Shouldn't their system do this automatically??)
Don't be fooled by the slick looking front end of Accu's web site... the customer service is terrible!!

Hidden Chinese Imports and Insane Customs Fees
We placed an order with this UK company from Spain. We spent €80 on materials and paid €56 in shipping costs. To our surprise, the items were shipped from China, and we had to pay an extra €108 in customs fees. A total of almost €250 for an €80 purchase. Quite a surprise.
