Is a month and counting OK?
Accucut used to be a great company with pretty great customer service, but something has happened to them...and not for the better. Not sure if it's cost-cutting initiatives within the company during this economy but customer service has tanked and die turnarounds are absurdly long. (a month now)
When you have a problem, you're given generic turnarounds (that have passed) then if you reach out again, those timeframes are longer and the carousel goes around.
