Ordered a battery for pick up in Amsterdam. Site and email says they're open on Saturday. Went there twice, closed. Sent 5 emails and 2 web chats to change to postal delivery. Never received response. Service is awful, don't buy anything here!

I paid for faster shipping, later it turned out that the battery that was available, Suddenly is not available. I agreed to a replacement. I waited over a week, after a week the courier showed up, called that he had a battery and I never saw him or the battery again. no contact with anyone now. I do not recommend

No delivery No communication !
order placed at 9.30am including the surcharge for the evening delivery. Received order confirmation that also states the evening delivery. Unfortunately nothing showed up that night. Called the next day, customer service was not available by phone, you just have to send an email.
So I immediately canceled the order by e-mail. Hopefully they will refund the full purchase amount in time
They don't take orders and customers seriously. Unfortunately, I read many other bad reviews after I had this experience with Accudeal.nl myself. Do not order here if you want to receive the batteries quickly or at all!

Used their own online tool to select a battery. Once shipped with delay, it turned out be the wrong battery. Return shipping costs me 12€, while I am not at fault.
Lots of better companies out there with better service and knowledge. Also customer service just doesn’t reply.

Order not delivered on same day like advertised.
Ordered a car battery before 10am with the option to be delivered on the same day evening between 17h30 and 22h. Got email saying it was delivered and the tracking code points to delivery company instabox with a status they didn’t receive the product.
Called support and they didn’t even know the information on their website.
Instead of solving the issue they ask to send an email.
