Supportive Staff
Accuindex's customer support is good and I must review them to commend their efforts especially given how they helped me track an almost-lost deposit!
They have fast response times and their staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that I can message customer support via Whatsapp, which allows me to keep track of conversations on my phone. I recently had an issue with a deposit I had made which was not reflecting on my dashboard. Which can be a stressful situation for anyone to be in. The support staff helped me track the error with my bank and the deposit was credited to my account shortly after
Besides WhatsApp, they can also be contacted on telegram and Facebook messenger. This is something that is not common in this industry. Well Done Accuindex

Not Swap Free
I have been trading with Accuindex for a while now and overall, I have had a positive experience. The Raw Account they offer has been a great fit for my trading style, and the leverage of 1:400 has been really helpful in maximizing my profits. However, it is important to note that Accuindex is not a swap-free broker.

Low Fees, Low Commissions and Is EA Friendly
I have been using the Accuindex Pro Account for a few months and it has been great. I am running my automated trading system which only requires the trading account to have a low stop-out level because it can place up to 100 positions at a time. The Pro Account is perfect for my EA because I get low spreads, and low 30% stop-out levels.
Good broker for automated trading.

Broker has MT5 that works on my PC
For some odd reason, 3 of the brokers I tried to register with. Their MT5 wouldn't download to my MacBook. I loath trading on a webtrader and just as I was about to give up. I found Accuindex and their Mt5 works like a charm

Broker offers nice high leverage 1: 400
I moved from an Executive account to a VIP with this broker recently. Their leverage is the same across both accounts 1: 400 which allows me to multiply my gains. The main reason I moved to the VIP account was because of the lower spreads. The minimum deposit was much, much higher but luckily I had already grown my other account significantly so they allowed me to only deposit the difference.

Broker is easy to communicate with
I prefer keeping a transcript of the communication I have with my broker. Hence I chat with Accuindex's support team via telegram. This broker almost has all social messaging platforms on the site except for a few. I recommend this broker they offer good customer support
