As per my emails, when you placed your order you didn't provide a street address for shipping so it was not possible to despatch your order. I made 4 attempts to email you to try and resolve this with no reply from you so I cancelled your order and refunded you in full. I'm not sure what else I could have done. I engraved your order and have it sat on my desk waiting for you to contact us so think this feedback is unreasonable.
