Very poor delivery service
The delivery was terrible. First parcel left outside the wrong house and the second with a neighbour. I do have a named safe place but this was not used. I love shopping with ace but they need to review their delivery company

I've been a customer over 30 years
I've been a customer over 30 years. Tried to log in to make a payment on my account. It said my password had 'expired.' Sounded quite scammy. Tried everything but it won't accept any password at all, all fullfilling their fussy criteria. Tried calling. No use on automated payment line as forgot account number. Phone line not open today. Tried emailing but email bounced back. Tried filling in buggy contact form. Scrolled through 59x12 months to get my date of birth as you can't enter manually, got carpel tunnel syndrome, but was a waste of time as then told me it wouldn't accept my postcode. Tried both with and without a space. Am calling Monday to close my credit account. Can't really afford to pay entire balance, but cannot deal with this hassle or their unhelpful website any longer. Lost a longtime customer.
