While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. I worked very hard and spent a lot of time taking my courses and tests. I am left with one course and now it’s not letting me continue by saying my license number is not valid. There is no way to get in touch with anybody. On website or through email contact us option is not available. I have very little time left and I’m not able to resolve this issue quick enough. I spent this afternoon trying to get back into my account to finish my course. I am logged in, but it does not let me get past the personal information verification form.

The information was there
The information was there, and the quiz's covered the material. The format was easy to follow. There were some confusing messages when going from study material to quiz. Had to go back to home page, and then click on quiz. Several times a message would appear saying the maximum number of attempts had been made, on the first attempt.
