Be extremely cautious of this Dealer

I bought a red BMW from this used car dealer on the 16th july 2026, the day after collecting the car i started to notice issues and made contact with the Dealer.
In short I was messaging the dealer almost every other day for 6 weeks and I had taken the car back on a couple of occasions whilst they said they were amending the issues. They tried to fob me off saying it was the tracking however, luckily for me a warning light then came on in my car.
I had it checked by 2 independent garages and I also used click mechanic to pay for a full inspection.
The cars steering rack needed replacing which was approx £2815 plus VAT for the part and the turbo charger was knackered, the area where the battery was below the boot had completely corroded which mechanics felt was due to water damage, there was also issues with the live and earth wires which were attached to the boot window.

These faults equated to more than £6000 in parts without the labour and i had paid over £10000 for the car, i had a fight on my hands with the dealer when trying to return the vehicle for a refund as they tried to tell me that those issues were not there when they sold it however, there is no way all those faults could have happened within a 6 week period. I eventually got a refund minus the mileage I had done after telling them I would take the matter to court, I had already spent money on replacing tyres and having inspections so I lost over £600 of my money.
I am happy to provide the inspection report and photographs for anyone who is thinking of purchasing from this company.
Throughout the course of 6 weeks the dealer lied to me, wasted my time having me going back and forth and caused me significant stress as the car was unsafe to drive. Additionally I believe the dealer knew about the steering rack as 2 independent inspections advised they could see chizel marks on it as though someone had tried to masque the problem.
If you are thinking of buying a car from here I would advise you to do so with caution and maybe have a company inspect it beforehand.
