On 12.2 called ace because my card was stolen and I tried to login to my
in my on account but I couldn't because my account was blocked because ace suspected fraudulent chargs. My wallet w was stolen along with my debit card witha piece of paper with my pin code in it . When I checked my account there was 6 ATM withdrawals back to back on the same day within within an hour for 200 totaling in 1000. I filled a dispute on but l on the 24th they denied it because talking about ther is no pattern of fraud. I don't ever take that kind of money out. This is not the first time. They have never approved any fraud dispute that I have filed.

The lady working today was very very rude and ill be contacting the correct people for a more formal complaint
