The material wasn't what the videos and pictures had represented. Very thin and not made well. The length and fit however were good.

These looked great when we received but on one way, the color faded! They came out of the dryer splotchy and faded.

I would have given you five stars for the pants, except for the fact that I bought the trousers for the sale price of $29.99 and your company charged me $100.00. When I discovered the mistake I tried calling your company and got no answer more than once.

Tried to return a pair of pants that I had kept one day past their allotted time. I was in the hospital with a broken hip!!!!! Tried to explain, it was difficult to put pants on!!!
The return BOT would have nothing of it!

This is an update to my two prior reviews of Ace Gents. I looked at my bank account this morning and there was the total refund I demanded. If you made the mistake of ordering from this company like I did I would suggest that you demand a full refund before you receive the product, better yet, don’t do business with this company at all.
After seeing their add pop ups for months I made the mistake of ordering from them. Ever notice how the available product is always 188, and the urgency they want to instill to get you to order? Yes, these are scetchy tactics that scretchy companies use.
At least I got my money back. Some reviews indicate they did not. So I upped my rating to two stars!

Scam nothing else then scammers. Bought 2 pants for my husband. My husband didnt like them, so I wanted to return them.....the only option to get a bit of my money back was to keep them and get 50% back....what the heck am I gonna do with 2 pants????? Throw them away??? Very very disappointing this, I really feel that i have been scammed!!! Please dont buy from these people!!!! The pants are one big disappointment

I would love to rate them but they took my money and never sent the product. The date of experience is the date they took my money. I’d give the date of the order but I never received the email of order confirmation.

These pants are horrible. Literally grocery bags that have been fashioned into “fabric” that is literally transparent. The company is as bad. Can’t seem to get a refund although I requested it immediately after opening the package, so I am well within the 10 day policy. Keep getting emails offering 50% discount on a future order if I keep them. I suspect they’re trying to run through the return period.

I want to talk to a live person on the phone. I feel scammed.

Never delivered my 2 items. They have this ROGO delivery people that have no clue. My order was at 4 weeks late when I asked for my refund. We will see if they can at least refund me.... customer service sucked as bad as ROGO delivery!

I have had nothing but great service from Acegents and the people on here bombing them with bad reviews must not enjoy comfortable pants but as someone who is 6'8" I do since finding pants in my size and length can be challenging also these are not parachute pants these are multi-pants if you actually search that up you will find these which I find ironic for people who buy them and don't really look at what they are buying only to give them a negative review from poor reading and identifying skills. I have 3 pairs already and im getting 6 more pairs if this doesn't tell you that they are worth the money your blind to the price they offer and the fact they are comfortable not mention useful with 2 side pockets and 2 front thigh pockets allowing for a place for you phone not to fall out of also no one is reaching down your thigh to pickpocket you so either way great pants great design and most of great comfortability.

The pants you receive are not what is in the ad as others have said. They are very thin and like the old single liner track suits or parachute pants. They are not what are advertised. Also they are impossible to return. They use a third party to handle this, I believe it is Shopify. They won’t return them, they lower the price until you keep them. Also, they won’t accept a review on their website as I have written 2 as a verified buyer unless you rate them 4 or 5 stars.

Why do companies lie!
The pants look like they are of great quality, but obviously, those are prototypes they use in their ads, just to get you to purchase them.
The material is of poor quality!
Once you wash them and dry them, the material is thin and they get very wrinkly.
So, don’t believe the hype!

The pants they sent me were not the ones they showed in the commercial… Please read the fine print because it says if you got free delivery, you do not get free return even when they send you the wrong product… The product they sent was basically Parachutepants from the 80s. I strongly recommend not buying from this company!

These pants are horrible!
1. A pair that was supposed to be 2X were the size a teenager would wear.
2. The fabric was like something you would see used for garbage bags.
3. The pants didn't even have the "great" pockets they advertised.

I continually get pop-ups from Acegents, no matter how many times I dismiss them hoping they will go away for good. I'm not interested!! Stop with the pop-ups!

Ordered their cargo pants. What they sent were completely different very flimsy parachute material pants, baggy, poorly made, poorer look and fit. Making returning a huge PITA. Not at all responsive or helpful. Waste of time and money. Ordered 12/31 and still no response on return on 1/27/25. Highly NOT recommended.

Pants? No. Polyester 80s like pants that will self combust 8f you start running.

Soft? They are not.

Stretchy? Only if I am Brad Pitt.

Returning them was impossible. I had to pay to ship these back and they still refused to refund me.

And these are shipped from overseas. They do not warn you ahead of time nor provide a delivery date. These were a gift that they eventually told me would be there before 1 month.

Agree with other review. Not at all like the ad which shows a stylish nice fitting pant which could be worn to work or out for an evening. These are loose like pajama pants and really only good for lounging. Ripoff!
