I do not recommend ACE. I had a terrible experience with this professional.
Last Friday, I had an appointment scheduled for an RWC in the morning.
I was parked in a public car park, and the gentleman who came to do the inspection didn’t even say good morning. He immediately started complaining that I couldn’t be there, that it was sunny, that it was raining — he was in a very bad mood.
After finishing the inspection, he sent me the RWC report with the repairs that needed to be done. About 10 minutes later, he called me and said, “Oh, I forgot, there’s also this…” Then he sent me another message saying there was something else as well.
How is that professional? He listed three items for repair, finished the inspection, and then later kept sending messages saying there were more things…
I do not recommend ACE. I had a terrible experience with this professional.

At Ace Mobile Safety Certificates, our inspectors always aim to be polite, professional, and respectful. In this instance, communication appears to have been more challenging due to a language barrier, which may have unfortunately contributed to misunderstandings during the inspection.
Additionally, the original location provided for the appointment was not the exact location where the vehicle was parked. While it may have only been a few hundred metres away, this does make a difference for our inspectors as they carry specialised tools and equipment in the mobile inspection vehicle and need to park close to the car to complete the inspection safely and efficiently. Once the location was clarified, the vehicle was positioned in an area where it was not possible for the inspector to legally park next to it and the surrounding cars were parked very closely, which made completing the inspection quite difficult.
Regarding the inspection results, the inspector did explain the reasons the vehicle did not pass. However, due to the communication difficulties, this explanation may not have been as clear as we would normally expect. Occasionally, when finalising the report and reviewing notes, an additional item may also be added if it was identified during the inspection but not immediately mentioned.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it as an opportunity to continue improving our communication wherever possible.
