Thieves, took my order,never received my goods.will not reply to my emails,phone calls or registered mail.dont know how these people are being allowed to trade

Took me 4 months to get my money back never delivered my order couldn't get in touch with them disgusting firm

Ordered some garden product from this company as it was the cheapest available. Nothing heard for 29 days. I contacted my credit card company for a chargeback but went for that on day 28 not 30.

On day 30 the product turned up. No packaging, just a label stuck on the lid of the tub. In between several calls not answered and 3 emails ignored. Product seems fine but its too stressful dealing with an outfit like this, so wont be back.

I bought some utensils from Acense , and found them really good and at best price.

7 days waiting for 1 item they didn't even dispatch it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BEFORE READING THE REVIEWS. They are a scam, no product and no response. I got my credit card company to reclaim the money back.

I have received Tree Fern food when I should have received Lawn Weed and Feed!

If I could give no stars I would. I have been waiting for a month now for my order and nobody will respond to my countless e mails and messages. I have raised a case with my bank for a refund. This seems like a simple case of theft to me

Product not delivered. Emailed twice not replied. Don't answer the phone. Seems I'm not the only one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered tree fern food,they sent me lawn feed and weed killer. Three emails and numerous calls (don't answer phone)
Will not use this company again, would suggest you avoid.

Exactly same experience as many others. Took money. Email with Royal Mail mail tracking which basically says awaiting goods. 4 weeks down the line no delivery,no replies or emails or phone calls. Tracking says the same thing.
Surprisingly these sellers selling the same stuff on Amazon.
Scammers .avoid at all cost.

They don't answer emails, their phone, or messages on their website. There is still no sign of my order being dispatched, despite them providing Royal Mail tracking information. Avoid!
