Great course that I done. It was a new experience with Dr Rashmi who is a specialist in this field and knowledgeable tutor. The atmosphere was amazing and it was very pleasant.

I would not recommend this place at all…
I would not recommend this place at all . I want to share my story because I don’t want anyone else to suffer like me and have a hard time as I had .I start my journey with Acepace from September 2019 , first couple session was just time wasting no lectures provided, classes was only every two weeks but the course fees was same as all other college which had classes every week ( I found after when I met other dental training nurse) , then we face pandemic and luck down we left with no lecture and classes for nearly three month , me and my classmates keep sending them email And call them , and ask to provide us some online classes as we needed some support in lessons and ROEs . After 3 months we received some online lesson but in a very unorganised way, tutor keep changing and non of our tutor take responsibility for our ROEs submissions. They never went through ROEs with us as they keep saying college did not gave your name to us . Very unprofessional. Just imagine how much stress it was. Then they informed me and some others We are going to do ROEs through the new platform which called pebblepad pad , completely new platform with no training no support even we haven’t received our login details till last minutes . During all this time we did not received any information from college just keep saying they working on it . Finally less than a month before our deadline we had a tutor but she couldn’t help us much , as she had to many student to deal with and it’s nearly our dead line. We all write our ROEs from our knowledge and helping each other from the WhatsApp group we had(thanks god for that) it was stress full and hard time for all of us with no support from course provider just false information and delay in them duty and making excuses, but when it comes to the payment they charge even penalty charge of late payment which happened during pandemic and I do believe that was a hard time for everyone and we should at least have some support on that matter .also lots more issues which I had acceptable proof for all but Acapeace did not want to see it and help me with . I am asking you I am hoping this review will help someone to choose a right place to start with as it can be life changing and stressful time with wrong choice
Bad experience.
Bad experience.
I registered with them in October 2019, I have been told the conditions and I agreed and I started the course in December the same year and paid the total fee which £1495.
Before the Covid19 kicking, literally half of the class dropped out. Covid19 started more students quited and since March like everyone know there is been no lesson anywhere.
We been having lessons throughout the call but wasn’t that good. In June the 19 they sent to me the eROE contains 5 units and each unit is huge and expected me to finish in 15 of July.
The teacher gave me the two options to do the eROE on word or pebble pad and choose the word programme which I know. After I done all the work and sent it to them, they contacted me after two months later to tell me I had never done the work. I followed to them the same work so than they can see the date I sent in the first place minutes later they called me now to said that I done it in wrong format but I done it in word one of the options teacher gave me. After all the argument with I have from emails forwarded and backwards they sent another email saying if I want to carried on studying with them I have to paid more money and you people have to see the money they asking me for.
I decided to give up and let you guys know my experience.
I don’t recommended this school to no one because it’s feels well planned scam.
