Never received my product. Never shop here.

Not much to say. I placed an order on 4/6/2024 and its now 4/15/2024 and I haven't gotten anything. The tracking they give you doesn't give a date that the item will be delivered. Currently it's been sitting at some location for 4 days and when I reached out the company 4-5 times by email (mind you they never answer their phone, so don't try to call), they never responded to anything.

I processed the return, which they only do by email, but im pretty sure i'm going to have to call my credit card company and file a dispute for fraud, because they don't respond to emails or phone calls.

I would recommend that you shop at a different company, especially if you're accustom to getting the products you order.
