Stay Away!
Wish I did my research before booking here. Two days into our trip, while driving on a highway the car shuts off and an error comes on saying “Malfunction” was able to pull over to a safe place and call them. To then be told since we didn’t take their insurance we would have to tow the car back ourselves for an exchange and will get reimbursed. Dealt with Kiara, who was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Stated that she’s closing up at 8pm and if we don’t get there before then we would have to wait till the next morning. She was not willing to wait a few minutes after 8pm! We decided to just wait it out till the next morning to tow the car which we then was helped by Ashley who in deed was helpful. As for the reimbursement, the manager Miss Kay told us that’s not happening!
Stay safe and away from this company, pay the extra bucks and book with a higher rated company.
