Sent me a defective laptop so i needed a refund they sent me a universal label so I shipped with ups and it arrived they said they would send the money back in 48 hours and 48 hours later they sent the same exact message and than suddenly only shipping to them with fedex was allowed but they sent me a universal label so i sent them the label they sent me and now they keep asking for my tracking number over and over again so don’t buy from them they don’t test there computers and there refund policy is a scam

The product photo clearly showed an RJ45 port (ethernet), but the laptop that was delivered has an empty slot in that position and no RJ45 port anywhere. In a separate issue, after using the laptop for a few days, I started to notice a streak across the screen. It seemed like I must have scratched it, so I didn't report anything, but the streak has continually become worse. Now it is evident that the paint on the keyboard section of the laptop is peeling off and sticking to the screen. Customer service says the machine is "out of warranty" (30 days) and cannot be serviced. But this is not a manufacturing defect, it's a total failure to design a functional device--the paint must be solid enough that it does not peel off! Although I've offered to pursue any solution they can suggest, customer service has nothing more to say than, "Out of warranty. Bye bye."
