Shady company — avoid!
I bought ACE Studio expecting the quality shown in their examples, but the results were disappointing and didn’t match the cherry-picked demos.
None of the voices are actually native English speakers, so they all sound like someone doing an American accent. Plus, the vocals are badly recorded with phasing issues which sound weird and thin.
The price page doesn’t clearly state that the 100% refund guarantee only lasts 7 days, which is misleading. They also didn’t make it clear that I was signing up for the entire year.
Pretty shady!

Scam. They offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Well, I emailed support to request my refund. Can't get a response. I'm out hundreds of dollars for something I'm not going to use.

Excellent Product
I use Ace studio for almost 8 months and I am very happy with this service .Almost every month there is a new version update with more features and singers so it seems there is a continuous development for this product and this is a nice thing . You must be prepared to invest time to the software to get the best results and understand its creative possibilities . Its primary a clever creative tool for musicians and not a toy app to make fun videos for social media.. . I cant understand the negative reviews for the pricing Its clear they choose the yearly option as it stated on their site .I have chosen the monthly subscription that is a bit more expensive and never had any problems with the payment Also with the Rent to own option the license becomes perpetual after 2 years of continuous subscription and now the have also added a option to buy the software if you don't like subscriptions

When they say they charge 16€ for a monthly subscription they actually charge 199€. There is no confirmation, no consent, no nothing. Just 199€ gone from your bank account. And you can't even try it out without paying this amount. Stay as far away as possible from this scam company !

Avoid At All Costs. Likely Scam.
I would avoid this at all costs! The upfront cost is yearly, not monthly. There is no way to test the software out before spending cash. Any company that will only allow you to cancel through email is seriously suspicious or inept, when they say you cant use a gmail account to cancel ( although you can use it to sign up) is a VERY big red flag. I almost fell for it untill I checked out other peoples experiences. AVOID!
